Life takes a toll on all of us and at times we become fatigued. Working, parenting, taking care of others, setting expectations and major life events are all daily stresses that we tend to indulge in. Wind Down With Tee - 8 weeks - Managing Overwhelming Feelings course helps you navigate suppressing and internalizing emotions. Guilty feelings and anxiety are direct effects of pushing aside our feelings rather than addressing them. This course focuses on identifying emotions and triggers while encouraging you to adapt a divergent outlook and expand your perspective. By the end of the 8 weeks, you will establish a stress reduction plan with coping methods and guidance on handling complex encounters while diffusing conflict.

Week 4 - Centering yourself
Week 5 - Positive trigger phases

Week 7 - Stress reduction
Week 8 - Putting yourself first
Frequency
You will virtually meet once a week with Coach Tee via Zoom. All of your meetings will be reserved for 60 minutes on the days you booked. Time slots will need to be scheduled based on availability through Appointy.
