Refund policy

You can always contact us for any return question regarding physical products at tlaprince@mentallyphysicallyfit.com. There will be no refunds issued for any services purchased or rendered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your concern, and let you know if the refund was approved or not for physical products. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tlaprince@mentallyphysicallyfit.com.

Cancellations

Classes/Meetings are to be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so forfeits the appointment and can not be rescheduled. This applies to no call no shows, virtual, hybrid, and in-person classes/meetings made less than 24 hours.

Classes/Meetings that are cancelled 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date. Failure to reschedule your class/meeting within 30 days will be forfeited and is not eligible for a refund. Classes/Meetings can only be rescheduled for a later time on the same date as original booking if time slots are available.

If your class/meeting is cancelled by Coach Tee, you will have 30 days from the date of your original booking to reschedule for a later date. If you fail to re-book within the 30 day period of the original cancelled appointment, you will forfeit the rescheduling grace period and will not be refunded.
