We’d simply suggest for you to use your mind to overcome any matter. Mental & Physical Bootcamp with Tee - 6 weeks starts at your breaking point targeting emotions and triggers while helping you to navigate healthy coping methods affirming your breakthrough. Amplify your fitness goals and exercise fortitude when you prioritize cognitive thinking.
Mentally Fit - 6 weeks
Throughout the duration of the 6 - weeks, we will discuss emotional triggers and the role they play in your physical health. You will develop a stress reduction plan with preventative initiatives for undervaluing oneself.
Physically Fit - 6 weeks
Upon purchase of Mental & Physical Bootcamp With Tee - 6 Weeks; you will be invited to join our virtual physical fitness training platform. You will have access to your customized routine that aligns with your fitness goals.
During your 6 - week commitment; you’ll be able to take advantage of pre-recorded training videos with guided step by step instructions. You’ll be able to replay videos, record your progress, book sessions through the app, and chat directly with Coach Tee! All virtual physical fitness courses are self-paced.
At the end of your 6 - weeks, your access will be terminated from the virtual physical fitness training platform. You can regain access to this platform if you book additional training sessions through the app or the Mentally & Physically Fit website.

Frequency
Your 6 week physical boot camp will consist of 6 days of virtual strength and conditioning training with a focus on your fitness goals.
There will be 1 virtual meeting per week and each week a different topic will be covered in the 6 week mental boot camp with Tee. Every meeting is 60 minutes.
