A balance between mental wellness and physical fitness is the secret ingredient for success. Often, diet and exercise are at the forefront when we think about physical fitness. Mental health is at the core of all wellness journey’s, but is likely to be forgotten about when strengthening and conditioning our bodies. While your fitness goals will remain the primary focus, we will refine the way you think about your physical health.
Mentally Fit - 8 weeks
Throughout the duration of the 8 - weeks, we will discuss emotional triggers and the role they play in your physical health. You will develop a stress reduction plan with preventative initiatives for undervaluing oneself.
Physically Fit - 8 weeks
Upon purchase of Mental & Physical Bootcamp With Tee - 8 Weeks; you will be invited to join our virtual physical fitness training platform. You will have access to your customized routine that aligns with your fitness goals.
During your 8 - week commitment; you’ll be able to take advantage of pre-recorded training videos with guided step by step instructions. You’ll be able to replay videos, record your progress, book sessions through the app, and chat directly with Coach Tee! All virtual physical fitness courses are self-paced.
At the end of your 8 - weeks, your access will be terminated from the virtual physical fitness training platform. You can regain access to this platform if you book additional training sessions through the app or through the Mentally & Physically Fit website.

Frequency
Your 8 week physical boot camp will consist of 6 days of virtual strength and conditioning training with a focus on your fitness goals. Every class is 60 minutes.
There will be 1 virtual meeting per week and each week a different topic will be covered in the 8 week mental boot camp with Tee. Every meeting is 60 minutes.
