We’ll let you in on a secret. The key to consistency lies within you. Your life is a testament of your thoughts. Achieving your physical fitness goals are done with a consistent routine. Master the power of introspection, and consistency will become second nature in transforming your fitness journey.
Mentally Fit - 10 weeks
Throughout the duration of the 10 - weeks, we will discuss emotional triggers and the role they play in your physical health. You will develop a stress reduction plan with preventative initiatives for undervaluing oneself.
Physically Fit - 10 weeks
Upon purchase of Mental & Physical Bootcamp With Tee - 10 Weeks; you will be invited to join our virtual physical fitness training platform. You will have access to your customized routine that aligns with your fitness goals.
During your 10 - week commitment; you’ll be able to take advantage of pre-recorded training videos with guided step by step instructions. You’ll be able to replay videos, record your progress, book sessions through the app, and chat directly with Coach Tee! All virtual physical fitness courses are self-paced.
At the end of your 10 - weeks, your access will be terminated from the virtual physical fitness training platform. You can regain access to this platform if you book additional training sessions through the app or the Mentally & Physically Fit website.
Your 10 week physical boot camp will consist of 5 days of virtual strength and conditioning training with a focus on your fitness goals. Every class is 60 minutes.

Your 10 week physical boot camp will consists of 5 days of virtual strength and conditioning training with a focus on your fitness goals. Every class is 60 minutes.
There will be 1 virtual meeting per week and each week a different topic will be covered in the 10 week mental boot camp with Tee. Every meeting is 60 minutes.
